Exotic Rainbows

I've finally made the colored flashcards that I have been planning for several months. Having done one set of them, I already have plans for how to make the second set better... or at least different. I like the little circular flashcards though, and might make a memory game with cards the same size.

It was a bit of a challenge finding 15 exotic color names that were all for 15 radically different colors (and then finding paper the color I needed to match the name). It was a bit of walking up and down the aisle at Hobby Lobby staring at paper while my kids struggled to find every bit of patience available to their 5 and 3 year old selves. I'm sure someday when they're older they will tell stories at parties about how their mother used to spend hours pondering paper.

Set of 15 advanced color flashcards for discerning children - includes vermilion, chartreuse, ebony, crimson, teal, eggplant, etc.
